MUCH WENLOCK CHRISTMAS FAYRE PARKING

Parking is at a premium and some normal public car parks are not available to the public during the event, so please take note of the available areas on the map.

Car Parks

St. Mary’s Car Park – Public (used by Stallholders)

Falcon’s Court – Public (used by Stallholders)

Back Lane (High Street) – CLOSED to the public

Wenlock Priory Car Park (TF13 6HS) – STALLHOLDERS ONLY, CLOSED to the public

New Road (TF13 6BQ) – Public

Scoltocks Yard on Station Road – STALLHOLDERS ONLY

William Brookes School (TF13 6NB) – Public (with Park and Ride Facility £5/car)

Shadwell Quarry, Farley Road (TF13 6PF) – Public (with Park and Ride Facility £5/car)

Stretton Road Overflow Car Park, also called Grange Fencing (TF13 6DD) – Public (with Park and Ride Facility £5/car – diversion notices will be in place on the day)

Park And Ride

Runs from 9.30 – 6pm continuously throughout the day. You can ride as many times as you like!

The William Brookes School (WBS) bus will have a lift to accommodate non-ambulatory wheelchair users.  Given the limited number of spaces available at WBS, we request that ambulatory wheelchair users use one of the other Park and Ride facilities.

The other Park and Ride buses will accommodate ambulatory wheelchair users, i.e., they can get out of their wheelchair and get on the bus.

The Drop-off/Pick-up point is at the Fox Inn located at the top of the High Street for the Church Stretton Overflow Car Park (also called Grange Fencing), William Brookes School Car Park and Shadwell Quarry Car Park.

Parking For Coaches

Available at William Brookes School (TF13 6NB) and 3 available spaces on Station Road (TF13 6JE)

Disabled Parking

 

The public Car Parks at William Brookes School, St Marys Lane, and Falcons Court have a limited number of Disabled parking spaces.  There will be a DIsabled Drop Off/Pick Up point on the High Street outside Salon Ten (near the Fox).
